What are the room categories, nightly rates, and breakfast inclusions?
Our official room rates per night are:
- Mini Deluxe Room: ₦60,000 / night (Note: No complimentary breakfast)
- Super Deluxe Room: ₦90,000 / night (Includes complimentary breakfast)
- Royal Room: ₦110,000 / night (Includes complimentary breakfast)

All rooms include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart TV with Netflix, hot showers, and full access to our swimming pool.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is strictly at 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in before 2:00 PM is subject to room availability upon arrival. Check-in before 5:00 AM without prior notice maintains a checkout time of 12:00 PM on that same day. Late checkout may be requested at reception at least 3 hours prior to departure, subject to availability.
Is smoking allowed in guest rooms?
No. De Palms Hotels maintains a 100% smoke-free policy across all guest rooms, suites, and interior corridors. Smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and shisha) is strictly prohibited indoors. For the comfort of smokers, dedicated open-air zones are available at our Bush Bar and courtyard gardens.
What are the visitor hours and security guidelines?
All non-resident visitors must register at the front desk with a valid government-issued photo ID before accessing guest room floors. For guest security and peaceful rest, non-resident visitors are not permitted in rooms after 10:00 PM. Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
What payment methods are accepted for reservations?
We accept verified electronic bank transfers, Point of Sale (POS) debit/credit cards, and verified corporate payment accounts. Reservations are guaranteed upon confirmed payment.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Reservations cancelled or adjusted at least 24 hours prior to standard check-in time may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
What are the swimming pool and leisure facility hours?
Our courtyard swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM for resident hotel guests and authorized visitors. Proper swimwear is required, glassware is prohibited poolside, and children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
